    Research Center of Laser Engineering Technologies cluster according to the Economic Growth Action Plan Priority No 1 For competitiveness and economic growth of research and technological development Inoklaster LT on 25 th October 2011 The funding from the European Regional Development Fund was more than 1 27 million Partners of this project invested about 1 99 million Euros of private funds This project was implemented by Laser Engineering Technologies cluster LITEK that connects twelve companies and organizations operating in the laser and associated engineering technologies carrying out joint projects Currently members of LITEK are JSC Arginta JSC Arginta Engineering JSC Eksma Elas Ltd JSC Ekspla Science and Technology Park of Institute of Physics Cluster Coordinator Center for Physical Sciences and Technology Public entity Intechcentras JSC Optida JSC Optolita JSC Optonas JSC Progressive Business Solutions General annual turnover of LITEK companies are over 50 million Eur ant they have more than 490 employees Cluster have joined two new members AmpLight KG Austria and TOPAG LASERTECHNIK GmbH Germany and there was signed a collaboration agreement with the South European Optics and Photonics Cluster SECPhO Southern European Cluster of Optics and Photonics Spain in 2014 The building of Training and Research Center of LITEK 2014 The goal of this project was to create a training and research infrastructure of LITEK so that would allow the members of cluster and other sector companies to cooperate more closely in the R D activities and the development of new products During this project there was built and equipped with the latest scientific and technological software the Center of Teaching and Research LITEK It houses 15 research laboratories and training center LITEK Teaching and Research Center will further encourage the cooperation of science and business enhance industry knowledge and technology diffusion environment and contribute to the Lithuanian

    The purpose of this meeting was to present to representatives innovative engineering industry in Lithuania During this visit delegates of Ministry of Foreign Affairs learned more about the high tech enterprises and their achievements The guests were introduced to the field of nanophotonics development of optical components for lasers innovative fiber and solid state lasers and their application in the precise material processing in the department of Laser Technologies of Center for Physical Sciences and Technology EKSPLA presented their main activities and export areas Representatives of Ministry of Foreign affairs also had a chance to see how lasers are made Furthermore the guests were introduced to the company Optida producing optical coatings laser systems and optical devices and providing services in the field of optical technology Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania and LITEK cluster members have agreed to cooperate in spreading the message to the world about the powerful Lithuanian engineering capability experience in the field of laser production and cooperation in laser industry area between innovative industry companies and science Moments from the visit Back 2016 04 30 W Mo Tu We Th Fr Sa Su 17 1 2 3 18 4 5 6 7

    concluded a collaboration agreement with AmpLight KG on 10th of October 2014 and AmpLight KG became a member of LITEK AmpLight KG was founded in late 2012 and is specialized in building customized femtosecond laser systems AmpLight KG provides and commercializes laser systems including cryogenically refrigerated regenerative amplifiers and chirped pulse optical parametric amplifiers which generates in medium frequency IR The combination of solid fiber technology together with a novel solid state regenerative amplifier design and high energy optical parametrical amplification output stages allows them to offer unique performance for any application or research activity AmpLight KG combines their knowledge with other manufacturers of laser products knowledge in order to find the best solution to meet the needs of customers AmpLight KG is collaborating with members of LITEK on the production of special beam shaping optics carrying out scientific research activities It is planned to carry out joint research projects in the future Back 2016 04 30 W Mo Tu We Th Fr Sa Su 17 1 2 3 18 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 19 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 20 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 21 25 26 27 28 29 30

    15 countries around the world Germany USA Japan France Sweden Russia China Korea and others Companies from Lithuania Light Conversion Optolita Altechna ELAS et al and foreign countries Amplitude Thorlabs Gammadata Eolite et al presented their solutions and technologies for precise microfabrication LITEK cluster had a booth of 16 sq m in this exhibition where products and services were presented The attendees could explore products from a member of LITEK clust er UAB EKSPLA high power lasers ultra fast fiber lasers tunable wavelength nanosecond and picosecond laser systems electro optical components for ultra high speed laser production Since event was specialized every visitor of the symposium was working in the field of precision microfabrication It has been a great opportunity to showcase products of EKSPLA which were introduced two years ago and which particularly suit for this field Atlantic Series Picosecond high power lasers and LightWire series ps and fs ultra fast fiber lasers It is important to note that participants of symposium also made a report about the results of tests which were made with picosecond laser of EKSPLA The 15th international symposium on Laser Precision Microfabrication was a great opportunity to present developed technologies and products in LITEK
